Pada bulan Agustus 2025, Tongru mengadakan perayaan ulang tahun triwulanan sesuai jadwal, dengan semua 51 karyawan yang hadir. Bersama, mereka berkumpul untuk merayakan ulang tahun sembilan rekannya yang lahir pada musim tersebut.
Tim HR telah merencanakan acara tersebut dengan matang sebelumnya, mengatur kue ulang tahun, buah-buahan, makanan ringan, dan berbagai minuman. Thoughtful gifts were prepared for each of the birthday stars, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere where everyone could share delicious food and take a break from their busy work.
As the familiar tune of “Happy Birthday” filled the room, everyone joined in, singing along and offering their heartfelt wishes to the nine birthday celebrants.
Tongru itu, the company culture of “working hard and sharing achievements” has always been a cornerstone. This quarterly birthday gathering is a living embodiment of that culture.
