Ağustos ayında 2025, Tongru üç ayda bir düzenlenen doğum günü kutlamasını planlandığı gibi gerçekleştirdi, hepsiyle 51 mevcut çalışanlar. Birlikte, sezonda doğan dokuz meslektaşının doğum günlerini kutlamak için bir araya geldiler.
İK ekibi etkinliği önceden dikkatlice planlamıştı, doğum günü pastaları düzenleme, meyveler, atıştırmalıklar, and a variety of drinks. Thoughtful gifts were prepared for each of the birthday stars, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere where everyone could share delicious food and take a break from their busy work.
As the familiar tune of “Happy Birthday” filled the room, everyone joined in, singing along and offering their heartfelt wishes to the nine birthday celebrants.
O Tongru, the company culture of “working hard and sharing achievements” has always been a cornerstone. This quarterly birthday gathering is a living embodiment of that culture.
